Who Owns Clydeside?

Join Community Land Scotland’s Community Ownership Hub: Glasgow and Clyde Valley to discuss land and sites of interest to the community around Paisley Road West.

We will be taking part in the Paisley Road West Festival on Saturday 25th Sept, 12.30-4pm in the Elizabeth St Gardens. Feel free to bring your questions about land, community ownership, and ideas for community-led development on the funny wee sites you’ve been wondering about!

We will be holding a “Who Owns Clydeside” walking tour at 3pm, around the Paisley Road West area. The tour will visit sites of interest to the community, with a focus on vacant and derelict land. We will discuss ownership patterns, and how to influence what happens on the land.

We’d love it if you’d let us know you’re coming by registering here but you are also free to just turn up.

Paisley Road West Fest runs across the September weekend from Thursday 23rd September – Monday 27th September.

Join in with family fun activity across Plantation, Kinning Park, Cessnock and Ibrox. There’s FREE outdoor family fun activity every day and live music at local pubs in the evening.
