Training Sessions for Community Landowners

There are a growing number of community landowners across the Clyde Valley, implementing a range of exciting projects. In Autumn ’23 we will be offering in-person training to support these groups as they grow.

The training will be based on the existing Community Land Scotland training; topics covered in the series in the past have included:

• Strategic organisational planning
• Recruiting and Managing Staff
• Finance
• Handling Conflict Constructively
• Introduction to the planning system
• Managing a construction project
